Enjoyed stay, staff excellent . Good value.
Staff really helpful. Nice seating area and restaurant. Breakfast mixed buffet and made to order items fresh. Free complimentary massage was nice touch.
A little far out of the main shops. A shuttle would be a good idea to the beach. Limited sunbeds, could put in other terrace areas. Only one four key was a hassle

Best staycation at Canggu
So far we have been very impressed staying at the ValStar Hotel. A word close to perfect. Satisfying service, the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious & the room is nice. Our evaluation only lies in the AC which is not cold enough & the wifi signal which is often interrupted. Overall, this does not reduce our satisfaction during our stay at ValStar.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.
The rooms were adequate and fine for a short stay. It is within walking distance to a good coffee shop. The views of the rice paddies and sunset are lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
There was long hair on my pillows and the rooms had no view. The traffic to get there is quite hectic.
